Ab 18:00 wird die Walking Street für den Autoverkehr gesperrt. Hier befinden sich die meisten Discos, Gogo-Bars und Touristen. Dies ist das Nighlife-Zentrum von Pattaya.

Bars gibt es in Pattaya im gesamten Bereich westlich der Sukhumvit Road. In der Soi 7/8 liegt eine Bar neben der anderen.

letzter Besuch 2012/11: im Erdgeschoss ist eine große Bar, am frühen abend ist schon etwas los. In der 1sten Etage ist der eigentliche insomia club. Ab 23:00 wird es hier voller. Es ist schön kühl, die Musik ist klasse und es gibt super Lichteffekte.

Der Strand ist lang und schmal. Überall sind Liegen und Sonnenschirme aufgestellt. Das Wasser hat im Vergleich zur Nordsee eine akzeptable Qualität. Dort am Strand zu liegen ist für uns Urlauber ist eine wunderschöne Erholung.
